NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Pocopson Township will hold a Public Hearing at the Pocopson Township Municipal Building, 664 South Wawaset Road, West Chester, Pennsylvania, 19382, on November 12, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at which time the Board will hear the following matter:
In Re: Application of Jameson Godfry seeking a Special Exception pursuant to Section 250-85.I of the Zoning Ordinance so as to permit the use of a nonconforming lot containing no buildings for outdoor storage on property located at 919 Pocopson Road, West Chester, PA (UPI #63-4-150) in the Township’s LI – Limited Industrial Zoning District.
