Conditional Use Hearing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 6:30  p.m., prevailing time, at the Pocopson Township Building, 664 South Wawaset Road, West Chester, PA 19382, the Board of Supervisors of Pocopson Township will conduct a public hearing to consider, and potentially act on the Conditional Use Application of Spring Brook House LLC (the “Applicant”), owner of the property is located at 350 Locust Grove Road, (TPN  63-3-23.1).  The Applicant is seeking modification of certain conditions of an existing conditional use approval dated December 30, 2013, for an educational use at the property, including Condition 11 (activities during winter term); Condition 12 (number of students); Condition 13 (camp start time); Condition 14 (hours of operation / number of students); Condition 15 (field trips); Condition 16 (student social events); Condition 17 (language modification); Condition 18 (student social events), and other modification / removal of conditions which are no longer applicable, as well as any other relief the Board deems necessary.
