PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at 5:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the Pocopson Township Building, 664 South Wawaset Road, West Chester, PA 19382, the Board of Supervisors of Pocopson Township will conduct a public hearing to consider, and potentially act on the Conditional Use Application of: Applicants/Owners: Jules and Kathleen van Schaijik. The property is located at 50 & 130 North Wawaset Road (TPN’s: 63-1-16 & 63-1-17). The Applicants are seeking conditional use approval under Section 250-17.C(9) & (10) and Section 250-70.C(8) and conditional use modifications under Section 250-17.C(9), Section 250-20.C(7), Section 250-17.C(10), Section 250-20.C(8) (incorporated via Section 250-19.B); and Section 250-94.C(2) of the Pocopson Township Zoning Ordinance to allow the proposed single-family dwelling, accessory garage and accessory bank barn to be located within the front-yard setback and street-right-of-way setback requirements, as well as a conditional use modification from Section 250-70.C(10) to extend the conditional use approval for four (4) years, if conditional use approval is granted, as well as any other relief the Board deem necessary.
A copy of the Application is available for public inspection and may be copied for a charge not greater than the cost thereof at the Pocopson Township Building, during normal business hours.
