Zoning Hearing Board – 1150 Pocopson Road
NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Pocopson Township will hold a Public Hearing at the Pocopson Township Municipal Building, 664 South Wawaset Road, West Chester, Pennsylvania, 19382, on September 1, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at which time the Board will hear the following matter:
Application of Drennen Enterprises, LLC, seeking a variance from the 8-foot maximum height for freestanding business signs in the L-I light industrial zoning district under zoning ordinance section 250-53.C, and such other relief as may be required, so as to permit the replacement of an existing 12-foot tall sign on property located at 1150 Pocopson Road, West Chester, PA (UPI #63-4-146) in the Township’s LI-Limited Industrial zoning district.
