NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Pocopson Township will hold a Public Hearing at the Pocopson Township Municipal Building, 664 South Wawaset Road, West Chester, Pennsylvania, 19382, on September 29, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at which time the Board will hear the following matter:

Application of Gregory T. and Michele Goebel seeking a variance from the 40-foot front yard setback under Ordinance Section 250-19.C(e)(1) and such other relief as may be required on a corner lot so as to permit the construction of a detached residential garage six (6) feet from the property line on property located at 451 East Lafayette Drive, West Chester, PA (UPI #63-4-3.85) in the Township’s RA Residential and Agricultural Zoning District.
