NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Pocopson Township will hold a Public Hearing at the Pocopson Township Municipal Building, 664 South Wawaset Road, West Chester, Pennsylvania, 19382, on August 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at which time the Board will hear the following matter:
Application of Louis and Jaclyn Ciliberti, seeking variances from the 50-foot minimum side yard setback for swimming pools under Zoning Ordinance Section 250-94.A(3), and from the ten percent maximum impervious cover under Ordinance Section 250-20.C(9), and such other relief as may be required so as to enable the construction of a residential swimming pool, coping, pool deck, pool equipment pad, retaining wall and an addition to the existing dwelling on property located at 6 Scaleby Lane, West Chester PA (UPI #63-3-119.5) in the Township’s RA-Residential and Agricultural Zoning District.
