NOTICE – POCOPSON TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD 

NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Pocopson Township will hold a Public Hearing at the Pocopson Township Municipal Building, 664 South Wawaset Road, West Chester, Pennsylvania, 19382, on June 4, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at which time the Board will hear the following matter:

Application of the David and Nancy Socolofsky Trust, seeking a dimensional variance from the 10% maximum total impervious coverage under Ordinance Sections 250-19 and 250-20.C(9) so as to allow 12.98% impervious cover, and such other relief as may be necessary to enable the construction of a residential driveway and parking area using impervious pavement, instead of pervious pavement as originally proposed, on property located at 821 Folly Hill Road, West Chester, PA (UPI #63-3-124.1) in the Township’s RA-Residential & Agricultural Zoning District.
