NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Pocopson Township will hold a Public Hearing at the Pocopson Township Municipal Building, 664 South Wawaset Road, West Chester, Pennsylvania, 19382, on January 13, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at which time the Board will hear the following matter:
IN RE: Application of Craig G. Kriza, Jr. seeking a variance from the 30 foot minimum side yard setback requirement under Zoning Ordinance Section 250-94.B. and such other relief as may be required so as to allow construction of a 1,200 square foot accessory building 20 feet from the property line on property located at 611 Clark’s Lane, West Chester, PA (UPI #63-4-92) in the Township’s RA Residential & Agricultural Zoning District.
